Formalities To Be Observed By Foreign Employers

In accordance with Rules laid down by Ministry of Labour & Manpower, Govt. of People’s Republic of Bangladesh, the following documents are required from Foreign Employers to enable us to process the matter of selection of Bangladeshi nationals:

  1. A Copy of original Visa Advice. 2
  2. A” DEMAND LETTER” in English or both in English &Arabic(ANNEXUR’A’). 
  3. A”POWER OF ATTORNEY” in English appointing Chittagong Overseas, as their representative in Bangladesh (ANNEXUR’B’).
  4. A’CONSULAR LETTER” (in Arabic/English) is to be addressed to the consular of Employer’s country posted in Bangladesh requesting them to assist the “Recruiting Agent” so that Pigeon Overseas. may proceed with the matter to process rapidly and dispatch the workers within short period (ANNEXUR’C’). 
  5. Agreement between Employers & Employee (ANNEXUR’D’). 
  6. Agreement between Employers & Recruiting Agent Recruiting Licence No. RL-760, G-NAT Tower, 4th Floor, Suite : 4/C, 116/117, D.I.T. Extention Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh. 
  7. In the event of Female workers an additional “LETTER OF DECLARATION” Employers.

Note: Annexures A&B must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the Employer’s country,& also By the Bangladesh Embassy in Employer’s country Annexures C&D must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the Employer’s country.
